Pro's: Clean, Lot's of tree's, nice landscaping.
Con's: Bad location, dirty streets... don't let the Portland address fool you, this is Gresham and not the good Gresham. Noisy apartments, creeky floors, very thin walls, poor insulation, you will hear your neighbors slamming doors, arguing, swearing, hope you like their taste in music, management let's noisemakers stay even after multiple complaints, if you've always wanted to live underneath 7 people in a two bedroom and you like Mariachi music then this place is for you. $250 non-refundable pet "fee". When your lease is up your rent will increase. When you move out they will deduct $75 from your deposit for carpet cleaning whether it's needed or not.
