When we lived in these apartments, there were several problems. When we moved in, the place was minimally cleaned. There were large gaps between walls/floors and windows and doors giving the apartment a wonderful 'open air' feeling. Also allowed 'house guests' (bugs) easy access to our apartment. There is a pool there but quite frequently there are several men sitting around the pool gawking at any female that dares get in. We lived underneath the manager and due to the paper thin floors and walls, she was constantly coming down and yelling at us about how much noise we were making. However, we are unusually quiet people. My car was broken into in these apartments despite the 'security'. My car was also sideswiped in the parking lot by another resident. Management didn't find this to be a problem. Guest parking is minimal and usually full with resident's cars. Laundry was often stolen or 'pilfered' through in the laundry facilities, if it happened to be on a day where the washers and dryers were in working order. Because the operation of said laundry facilities was so 'predictable' they often decide to increase the price of laundry. If you have children in this complex, make sure they are deaf mutes with no legs. Due to thin walls, there are alot of noise complaints and the management will harass you for the faintest sounds of normal living. This would make a great environment for someone whom is into voyeurism as it is almost impossible not to overhear the 'personal encounters' of your neighbor with surround sound like clarity. Each apartment is allowed one parking spot. If more than one vehicle, tenants must park in visitors parking (if they are lucky enough to even get one of those spots) and once those are gone they get to park on the street out front.
