It's exactly what all the reviews say, good AND bad. This is a particularly dicey period, tho.
I was down at the pool, and it felt like a lynch mob. This might not be the best time to move in. If all the subcontractors and managment and residents get out of this without someone getting shot, it will be a minor miracle. Management are placing incredible burdens on mental facades that, well, aren't exactly up to code. The way the flaunt the law only encourages others to fight fire with fire.

ALL those renting from Princeton Property Management need to be very aware that the smoke detectors DO NOT DETECT SMOKE. They're great with water vapor, but smoke...forget it. Try to drain a pot of spaghetti, 20 feet from the detector. Goes off for 15 minutes. I've had two fires that nearly needed FD assistance, and there was not one beep either time. Billowing black smoke...not a peep. Next day it went off for the shower though. Many residents keep them in the freezer, which increases the fire hazard to you.
When they told us to throw our bar-b-que grills away, last July, it was because they had a fire at a Vancouver, WA property. I lived in a PPM property 5 years back, where they had a fatal fire. I finally put two and two together, and called about 7 of their other properties, pretending to be a resident, complaining about the smoke detector. In EVERY case, the maintenance guy said, "Yeah, they do that". To them, a smoke detector is just an excuse for a yearly entry to check the battery. They want you to toss your grill, knowing that they provided a smoke detector that doesn't work.
I'm forwarding this info to the fire marshal. Bottom line, besides fraud and extortion, their guilty of negligent homicide. The author didn't exaggerate. PPM is PURE evil.
