It's alright

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I am going into my second year of living here and just moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. The construction has been very frustrating and when I complained about having my things broken and thrown off of my balcony, I was pretty much laughed at and told that I was "given notice" to clear off my things from the balcony. The only notice that I had gotten was in regards to the power washing of the balcony, but that had already happened. I have several plants, and having them live INSIDE the house isn't very healthy for them and cramps our living space.
Otherwise, I have had very little problems with living there, other than a rent increase after the first 6 months. It's close to where I work in Troutdale and is clean and nice. If only the construction would ever end... They did most of our building and then have seem to have forgotten to finish it. And the 15 days of "Comcast might be in all rooms of your apartments" was a little severe. I was working 6 days a week and my fiance works as well. I was concerned about our cat getting out and our things being taken or moved. Comcast moved all of our stuff around and left crap on the floors and would leave the hole in the attic open so our apartment became more of an oven than it already is.
They need more visitors parking and stop the tenants from parking in the visitors spots. I can hardly have visitors due to a lack of parking for them.
Overall, not a bad place to live and relatively well priced for what you get.
