I have not lived here for very long but met my neighbors and heard horror stories. There is a new manager that seems genuine. The apartments are affordable compared to pearl prices. The location is not the greatest but the public transportation is very convenient. I would recommend this place to others because of the quality of the apartments. Managers come and go and this current one seems fair.
