Is Fifth Avenue Court a perfect place to live' No. There are some difficulties living here - safety could be better, the decor is uninspired.
It is also located on the bus mall and close to the Pearl, and for the rent is about the best I've seen. I moved in, sight unseen, and was pleasantly surprised.
As for the management, I have had no issues with them whatsoever. The previous reviewer seems to be confused on some point, as the current manager is a man.
