I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! My husband and I moved from Arizona at the end of December and Melissa, the apartment manager made or tranisition amazing. It was so stressless!! She is an awesome person and manager! Anytime I've had any issue at, she takes care of right away!!! I never have to wait for anything.
They let you paint your apartments (our kitchen is RED!!), have pets, and are truly wonderful!! We NEVER want to move!!! This is our first apartment together, and this has been the best experience. They feel that you should feel as if the place is your home, not some rental space, so they have no problem with you making it your own!
The studios here are awesome!! Lots of storage, a FULL size kitchen (not a kitchenette), an ENORMOUS bathroom, and a gigantic window that covers an ENTIRE WALL! The views are great too! We live on the top floor, and for the first few months, we thought they were only 2 other people on the floor! It is SO quiet!
It's a COMPLETELY secured building, and AFFORDABLE!!! I was in shock when I saw how cheap it was. Our electric bill has never been more than 26 dollars (and we do NOT even try to conserve energy).
This community is completely pet friendly which is one of the best parts! Our dog was welcomed with open arms with only a small REFUNDABLE pet deposit. Melissa, the manager even keeps a jar of dog treats in her office!
Before we moved I used all th internet sited I could find, apartments.com, forrent.com, and this website. I compared ALL the studios downtown by price, square footage, and ratings. This place one hands down!! Not to mention that just calling here is a joy. The other places I called weren't very warm, and didn't really want to help me. Melissa on the other hand will help you no matter what!! Even if you don't move here!!
Even if you decide not to move here, call Melissa and talk to her! She can point you in the right direction, and help you with anything you need! Seriously!
If you want an affordable, practical, comforable home, where management are just "sayers" they're "doers" than move here!!
They have 6, 9, and 12 month leases, sign a 6 month to see if you like it! That's what we did and I'd sign a 5 year lease if I could!
**If you call Melissa, tell them Hayfa and Adam referred you** It won't hurt to call, it will actually probably help you! I guarantee you will leave the phone call gaining something!!

Actually... I am the author of this review, a current resident... not management... and I still standby everything that I wrote. Indeed, I can spell AND form full sentances, however I assure you... this isn't an advertisment from management.
