The problem' Despite asking manager for a quiet unit, I have found myself with a bass-loving stereophile on one side, and a pair of stomping neighbors overhead. I literally hear every step they take, and it is driving me nuts. Despite a clause in the lease demanding observance of quiet hours during "any" activity, the manager refuses to take any real action to quiet these problems.
