Better then other places

I've lived here going on two years now. I love living here. The people are nice, the apartments are decent sized. The reason i decided to live here was because it was a decent place to live downtown. But like everywhere things aren't prefect.

Pets: There is a slight pet problem. Owners have a habit of letting their dogs go where ever they feel like it if they cant get them outside fast enough. Instead of hiding behind a manager to get the problem fixed i talked to an owner whose dog i knew was doing it and he does his best to fix the problem.

Melissa (the manager) has spent a lot of money clean the carpets, having carpets change, and ect.

The elevator does have its problems but it's always been fixed in a timely manner. It's not something you can blame the management for either.

How about you realize that because of the type of housing we live at there is a ton of corporate crap she has to deal with. She does her best to accomdate everyone.

As far as the neighborhood goes, anyone who lives in Old Town should know what they are getting when they decide to move in it's not perfect and there has been a lot of effort going on to change the look and feel of this place. Hence the constent construction that's been going on.

When i first moved here i didn't know of its history. But i lived here by myself for a year and never felt scared about going out at night

The bus line is right next to us so if you don't want the noise don't live on that side of the street or close your windows.

Personally i think Ben and Melissa do a great job. She's always been willing to help me out when things have gotten bad for me, and just has been someone to talk to when she had the time.
