I don't know about other people but I've been here nearly a month and it's been awesome. The manager kicks butt. She went above and beyond to help us find a place when no other manager would. I thought that after we were moved in she would ignore us but she doesn't, she says hi all the time and asks how everything is and knows our names. That's saying a lot when you have to manage an entire building and are dealing with numerous people everyday. I would also like to point out that I moved here from a huge apartment community in LA and they had a very large staff and maintenance crew and their place was gross. It's about quality people, not quantity.
The location is prime. The bus is at the front door, the streetcar is like 5 blocks away and you can walk everywhere anyway. As for noise, hello people, we're downtown, of course there's noise, I just close the winows. I haven't heard much of anything from my neighbors. I haven't had any problems with smells or urine or anything like that. The place itself has always been clean. The maintenance guy is really nice. Helped us a bit to move in and said to call if ever there's a problem. All in all I think this is an awesome place to be and I'm glad I get to call it home.
