I absolutely love it! I live in a studio and it's perfect and cozy! I am a young student/professional and the whole building in full of the same type of people. The building residents are all very friendly and you make friends very quickly. I love the fact that its a very tight community. Not a huge amount of residents so you don't feel like an ant in an ant farm. The lobby is great, people always hanging out and chatting. The manager Melissa is amazing! She is very prompt to help with anything you need and so is maintenance.
The building is very clean, and very secure. There is a camera on every floor and in the lobby 24hrs a day. There is a laundry facility on every floor and you never have to wait, and there is a garbage and recycling on every floor as well.
There is a little bit of noise considering that the bus line is right outside, but you get use to it, and itâs the cityâ.expect it to be louder than other places. The location is great, only a few blocks form the Max, right on the bus line, 5 blocks from street car, and right in the middle of all the night life.
The management is awesome! Melissa really genuinely cares about her tenants and she makes it a point to know them all in some way.

Obviously you just moved in....have you been in the stairwell on the Everett street side lately? Smells like a toilet and has blood spatters on the wall. This place is not what it was when Missy Melissa's sister Maria was the manager...she at least knew how to smile.

It sounds like you need to learn how to smile...or at least lighten up. Melissa is the friendliest apartment manager I've ever had. She always says hi when I walk through the lobby and she seems to do the same with everyone else. She even gives out dog treats! I don't think that I would have the time and patience to pay such close attention to all of people that live here...I for one appreciate Melissa and Ben for making Fifth Avenue Place feel like home.
