Fifth Avenue Place Apartments

At least it's safe From: RPG1377 Date posted: 1/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The neighborhood around 5th Avenue Place has always creeped me out. Next to Chinatown, run-down buildings, and not the most developed area in town. However, this apartment building is extremely secure. Compared to other buildings, this building actually has cameras that run constantly and monitor you everywhere. They will call your apartment, and they will ask you about your guests if they become regular visitors. This seems extremely nosy and irritating, but I would rather have this feature than not. It is pretty strict on how long a person can "stay" with you before law requires them on the lease. Not to mention, I would like to know who is in my building in a bad part of town. The view is great too, but it is noisy outside.
