This apartment is located in NW Portland, downtown. Within 10 minutes walking distance there is grocery, dining, clubs/bars, shopping and just about everything else you need. The current apartment manager is extremely helpful and nice. The building is well kempt thanks to the maintenance manager. I like this place and recommend it for affordable living downtown.
