nice place to live, rent is a little on the steep side, even though it is income-restricted. building is pretty secure, never had anyone inside that shouldn't be, to my knowledge. close to everything, of course. interesting to be in such an urban setting, but there is the bad side to that, especially in that part of town. Hopefully they can clean up the neighborhood without turning it into another expensive Pearl-esque part of town that no one can afford anyway. Didn't have a car, so didn't have to deal with parking. although if you do have a car, it's expensive to park in the building and there's only a few spaces.
and management is great, Lacey is awesome and super hot!
