The building was always nice and well maintained. I don't know if I had extremely quiet neighbors or what, but I was never heard anyone once I was inside my unit. While the area can seem a little sketchy even the bums on the street are friendly and as a single, young girl I never felt threatened or unsafe - even walking home late at night. Parking was kind of expensive but worth it since the lot across the street was almost as much and much less secure. Lacey and Ben were really what made this building so great though - they were always extremely helpful, friendly, and nice. I never had any maintenance issues with them but any time I needed to work with them on move-in, move-out, rent, etc. they were right on the ball and really nice about everything.
