I have lived here for 10 months and am thinking of leaving but am not sure I could find the quiet privacy I have here. The units are of high quality, nice maple cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms, huge living room windows; my unit faces the forest in back which is very cool. Downsides are there is no storage; (I have had to rent a garage just to keep my stuff in there), parking is very tight, and the place is pricey. Positives are maintenance is great and responsive, and the environment in Forest Heights is absolutely gorgeous. I found out the management company is paying $50 association fee for every renter, so that is part of the reason for the pricier rents. As such, the renters get invited to all of the association events which include free barbecues, which is cool. If you love walking trails, this place is great. There are walking trails throughout the forest and community. There is a Starbucks, Pizzicato, wine/meat shop, bakery and a few other little stores in a charming center across the street. You need to drive farther to get here but if you like the quiet and nature, this is a great place. There is also a shuttle that will drive you to the Sunset Max station on weekdays if you need to take that in to work. They will also give you 1 month free on a 12-month lease.
