Nice place, bad neighbors

It's a great apartment, very cute and generally quiet. My only criticism would be that I have complained several (4 times) about my downstairs neighbors playing their music incredibly loud (my couch is currently vibrating) and they have been notified, but the loud music still continues. I was told that a formal complaint could not be made because the loud music was happening during the day. My boyfriend and I lived in another apartment in the complex for over a year with no problems, then moved to a bigger unit in Oct and have been dealing with this every since.
