I've lived her for a while and the apt itself is pretty nice. Nice scenery in the back and the complex itself is kept nice. However, the walls are paper thin. I can hear just about anything and everything from above. Anything from them voiding, to flushing, or talking to eachother, closing a door or opening a closet. It's almost impossible to sleep, or nap. And it's emberassing to always have to apologize to my guests for the noises upstairs. Management is only around a few hours a day, parking is ok. It's pretty close to my place and is covered. Overall outside lighting is great, landscape is always kept up and always looks nice. And the BIGGEST issue, is you have to turn on every fan on in the apt and open up windows if you're going to dry your laundry. Moisture will fill your apt and your fire alarms WILL GO OFF, everytime!

Lived here for two years never had the laundry problem, I would talk to the maintenance guy to fix it! I know how you feel about hearing people above you it gets annoying. I hear kids jumping on the bed upstairs all the time! and the bathroom fan!
