great space at great price, grounds are always kept well. no patchy grass or dirty buildings.

its a good place for people who dont want to deal with lots of kids running around, my fiance and i work nights while our room mates work days and we didnt have any problems with the noise. our neighbors did have the occasional party but i never was bothered enough to call management.

its a small complex, renters are mostly 20 somethings and 30 somethings, no pool or fitness center but i never missed it. i walk 20 min to the transit center at the mall at 10pm and always feel safe. this is one of the best places for you if you want to live near the mall but not deal with the crime that goes with it.

apt itself is well made, a couple cosmetic problems here and there but nothing big. the one complaint i have is the water heater shutting itself off every other day in nov. but it has stopped for now.

only reason we are leaving is to accomadate new room mates as they need to be closer to work. and, the office people are nice, there is a new manager though and i havent talked with her much.
