We've been living here for about 2 years now, and it's great, especially for the price. The management is really friendly, and the people here are also quite amiable. The noise is to a minimum and the grounds are generally well kept. Sometimes there's an issue of ants but for the price paid, it's really not a big deal. My wife and I enjoy this place immensely, the parking is always available and the general mood around is very laid back. The $$$ is awesome, can't beat it. The neighborhood is also very nice and quiet, but within very short driving distance from Washington Square Mall, several restaurants and many big name stores. There are many trees around and sometimes you forget that you're really only a little ways from downtown. Anyway, highly recommended!

Those ants drove me nuts, but they were competently and effectively remedied. The husband and wife team that was working when I was there were friendly, helpful, willing and many times,able. I was always provided with good ant traps and a professional exterminator, if I did my part and got my extermination request in on time. The Manager fixed my doorknob herself one time and replaced my neighbors sink on another occasion, again, by herself (I know of men who can't do that and she took care of it). The maintenance manager was always moving in and around the property and knew mostly what he was doing or when to call in a contractor who knew better. They ran a mostly successful 2 person show for most of the time I lived there. Don't know about all this "never available" stuff; with phone,voice mail,e-mail access,a drop slot,office time and an approachable private residence, it seems to me like they were entirely reachable for one's needs. Always got a phone call back in a responsive amount of time (5 minutes-24 hours). They did right by me and the neighbors I spoke with; thats why I'm tossing them kudos now. Don't know a whole lot about the new management; they seem friendly when I visit.
