I have lived here for about 3 years. Before moveing here I had never been an apartment renter. I have lived in apartments for short periods of time. With friends or whatever the case may be. I dont think this apartment is as bad as some of my friends apartments were. I however am not very picky. I could live in a storage shed if it had cable t.v. The only thing I dont like about this apartment is that I can hear my upstaires neighbors footsteps. Its like he weighs 200lbs. I dont know if he stomps around on purpose or if he is just a morron. I know the guy only weighs like 150lbs. I seen him. I dont complain about it to the management because I do smoke alot in the apartment. The T.V. might be to loud for him too. I dont know forsure because noone ever comes and tells me anything. I just figured everyone here was really impersonal. I dont know. All I know is that I am not that good of a writer and I dont really care. I just wish this guy would stop stomping upstaires. Maybe I am too nice. Maybe I should take charge. I do not know. I figure he would eventually move out like everyone else has sence I moved here 3 years ago. But also I am sure if I leave a sticky note on the door it will be the most effective and least offensive way to let him know that he stomps around to much. If the stomping continues it might either be because he didnt get the sticky note or because he has some kinda personal/mental/militias reason why he is makeing so much damn noise.
There is something else I must bring to light. THis apartment didnt have an ant problem when I moved here. But, one summer I started getting little black ones. Internet said they were called Pharoah ants.
I tried to report it to the management that has resently been replaced. As stated in another review posting, the management was not very dependable. This was true. I had a time where I just figured to not even bother trying to call the manager. They never answered and they never returned messages. However the new managers seem to be trying to stay on top of things. They told me that the pest control service is comeing out the fallowing Monday after I mentioned my ant problem.
