I love my apartment, and i find it hard to leave after over 3 years, however it has come to the point where i need more space and my own washer and dryer. I have a one bedroom and locked in my $399 rent two years ago with a two year lease. However with rent about to go up I can't reason staying when there are better places out there for very little more. I will say if you're worried about noise this place is pretty good for quiet. They have double pane windows and sliding doors which block out A LOT of outside noise when you can keep them closed in the autumn and winter. For the most part you get good neighbors that keep the noise down in the summer. We had some party teenagers a couple summers ago, but they finally got kicked out a few months after they moved in. I'm upstairs and i never hear my downstairs or side neighbors! I started out in a downstairs unit and admittedly I couldn't stand hearing my upstairs neighbor coughing and stomping around at all hours. I even hear the guy during sex. That sucked. Upstairs is definitely the place to be to avoid the most noise. The one bedroom is good size too, I just have too much stuff! Definitely worth my $399 though!
