Listen, Bottom line is, Princeton Property (mis)management [ppm] are slumlords.
Garden Home West is old, full of Ants (that they don't tell you about)
,there is occasional Theft (that they don't tell you about)
and the recently raised the rents AND added utility billing.

The new local and upper "property managers" are witches straight out
of a Halloween movie, and don't expect to be treated like a Customer.
You will be treated like a number....like the high number of turnovers
they have. Its a Uhaul party every weekend. Why' The rents/utils went up,
and the services went down. oh and dont ----- about the city tearing up the
RAW SEWER MAIN LINES in the back of the property...."it's not their fault it
stinks" like.........

The numbers' Oh, like the number of lawsuits that
PPM has consistently filed against them....because they are...SLUMLORDS!
Oh, they don't tell you about that either. Do your homework...

* Oh, maybe your apt building is going 'cheap condo flipper', yup you'll get
a 30 day notice without a lease. Out the door you go. That is the PPM way.
It happened up the road at a PPM managed complex.

GHW Late fees' $75 while everywhere else in the hood is $50.00.
More extortion.

The Pool' Let's put is this way....is was 90 degrees plus
a week after Labor day TWO years in a row.
Pool CLOSED 1 day after labor day. Period. They Seriously don't care.
That is IF the pool isn't under "repair".

Back Parking lot street light bulb burnt out for months, but
who wanted to see the abandoned car underneath it anyway'

The owners have sucked the $$$ out of these places for years
without reinvesting and they are 1970's style (80's if you are lucky),
and in fact they spent thousands and thousands to paint the outside the
same YUCK 1970'S PALE YELLOW they had for 20 years. Duh, could have gone
2000's pastels.....nope this place is old as the Owner of both GHW and PPM. 80's!!!

Listen, if you are on disability, a dirt poor student, or a felon
that lies on your app to get in, or just a complete moron, then you are a shoe in for this place.
RUN don't walk away from garden home worst. Or give them your $$$, shut the PH-up, don't complain and move in. They will happily find ways to ignore or abuse you.
