just stating the facts. the apartment wasn't ready for us to move in when they said it would be...and we were already there, sadly. there were constant maintenance problems that weren't responded to promptly and the noise is ridiculous. 'paper-thin walls.' no really, paper-thin walls. the halls constantly reek of cigarette smoke and pervading cat piss. insulation from the cold was insufficient and there are only two windows in the apartment, well, one window and one sliding glass door. management was often difficult and even confrontational when there was a problem, whether it was involving maintenance or the sporadic noise complaint, and it seemed like there always was one. there is also a hidden water fee (per person) on top of what they charge for rent. parking is okay, though there is no covered available or garage for rent. the area is convenient with Thriftway right next door, which was nice, but Thriftway is rather pricey. overall, the buildings are just old and we really didn't enjoy living here. you could definitely find better. this review is reported objectively and it just so happened that the negatives were more predominate than positives. i would want to know this about a place i considered living in. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

The new management has been confrontational with us as well, so it is nice to see that we are not the only ones. When we first moved in, I actually posted an excellent review of the place, but now I agree 100% with everything you said. As soon as our lease is up we're out of here.
