Do not move here!

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1998
My husband and I lived at Garden Park for a little less than a year-we actually broke our lease to get out of there as quickly as possible. The apartments have fabulous floor plans, and beautiful grounds, but the walls are paper thin, and we could always hear the people above us either fighting or "making up", and the people next to us coughing up a lung every night.
One time, we had a leak coming from the shower above us, and it took maintanence three weeks to fix the problem-they only came after I threatened to withhold rent because I had water dripping on my head from someone else's bathroom. Then it took them four attempts to get it right. We had to live with a hole in the ceiling above our shower for almost two weeks because they kept forgetting to return to finish the job. When they finally patched the hole, they got spackle all over our new towels and left the tub extremely dirty. I had to fight with management to get them to replace my towels.
When we moved out, we kept possession of the apartment for an additional 3 weeks. We specifically told the management that they did not have permission to enter until we surrendered our keys, but guess what! Not only did they enter the apartment (isn't that illegal'), but they also left lights on and the refrigerator door wide open. Guess who had to pay the electric bill--our final electric bill was actually higher than any of the previous months and we only lived there for one week of that final month. We had to pay for their incompetence.
People in the leasing office were always rude and condescending to us. Aren't they there to serve us'
I would not recommend living here-you can do much better elsewhere.
