When i first came to view the apartments, i was pretty impressed...the buildings were constructed in the 60's so at first i was a little hesitant. Living here now, i like it alot. The neighbors are great....quiet and friendly, Maintinence is always willing to go the extra mile, and the Office is always willing to help out at anytime of day. During a bad windstorm, a HUGE tree fell on top of one of the buildings next to mine and they cleaned up themselves within 2 hours. I was suprised. I figured they were gunna leave it there until some other crew came out and fixed it. Even though this is an income restricted apartment, the quality of people and the staff dont make it feel like that! Definately a plus!!! too bad i had to move to beaverton...this place was alot more personal than the 400 apartment complexes. The staff always knows your name and face and actually care about your well being. Definatley stay here again!
