I have lived here for six months and at first I thought it was oaky, but this is place is so run down. No one had lived in our apartment for 3 months and I still find things wrong after six months. At one point the new woman in the office told me I might have to pay to have a screen repaired, even though it was damaged by the previous tenants. Good luck trying to get the maintenance done, it has taken at least three weeks for every work order to get someone up to the apartment and that is after I have called and complained. There is a group of teenagers that roam the complex and I worry that if I were to cross them they would damage my car. There was a fist fight with these houligans directly under my balcony and the police had to be called. The first night we were moving in I had to call the cops, because a guy was breaking into cars at the Elks Lodge next door. The manager seems really nice, but not aware of her team. Sometimes there is just a message saying they will be back by a certain time and no one show up all day and the manager is suprises when you tell her about it. If I could find anyplace as affordable, next to the max line, includes sewer, water, and garbage, and had a washer/dryer in the unit I would move when my lease is up.
