Gateway Park Apartments

Has some issues From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My boyfriend, two other guys, and my self all moved in about a year ago. I can honestly say that we love our apartment. I have never felt unsafe in any form or fashion. I will say that there are a lot of kids here, and they play in the road, so if you come through be careful not to hit one. Management needs some help. We had lots of problems with management when we fist moved in and let me say that it continues on a daily bases. She is never in her office, and she never returns calls. Maintenance had never been a problem for us. There is a lot of me that hates to leave because it is so close to NCSU and downtown, but I think it is time for a change.
