Horrible place to live

At first glance this apartment complex seemed too good to be true. The office staff was very friendly upon my inquiry, and lured my roommate and I into 6 months of hell.
They entice you with "free" accent walls, however they don't follow up with their gimmic, and accent walls were never painted. (yet they charged us for touch up paint when we moved out)
Upon moving in, we almost set our apartment on fire because we had the bed up against the wall while moving in. Unfortunately someone from the complex had the heaters turned all of the way up in the apartment (probably to get the carpet dry'--shouldn't they have cleaned the carpets WAY before our move in') and started to make the bed smoke and turned the wall black (we didn't even think about the heaters since we moved in in the middle of JUNE!).
The apartment complex is money hungry, charging you for everything, including your right to park. Believe me, it is VERY scary walking half a mile in the middle of the night to get to your apartment because there is absolutely NO parking -- and don't even think about parking on the curbs.. the towtruck is hitching you up even before you get out of the car.
If you're not a smoker, then don't live here. I think I"m going to die from second hand smoke cancer because my upstairs neighbors were constantly smoking, and I would have my window open (there is no airconditioning so in the middle of summer it's REALLY REALLY hot) and all of the smoke freely comes in.
Like I said, the summer is really really hot, there was poor designing on the engineers to golf creek to have all of the windows on the same side of the building, therefore you do not get any cross winds.
What else do I have to say' LOTS and LOTS, but I think I"ve made my point. DON'T LIVE THERE....(Sunset Summit up the hill is wonderful.... go there!).
