You can get Better Elsewhere! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   OK, I've lived here for over a year and can't wait to move in a couple months. The apartment walls are extremely thin, so I do indeed hear all that goes down in the GolfCreek. Also, the property managment is OK at best...You'd better pay close attention to the newsletters because they don't communicate any policy changes and treat you like an idiot when you didn't follow the new guidelines. Also, the maintence men there look like ex-con's who will jump right to any problem with your apartment (4-5 problems in a years time), but make sure your girlfriends unmentionables are put away since these guys think it's OK to touch whatever they like while inside your home fixing the toilet. Oh yah, and there was a peeping tom who stalked the back row of the complex for about a month straight. That was fun!
