Cheap construction, noisy tenants

Although this looks like a nice place on the outside, the internal constuction is flimsy. The cable wiring barely supports high speed access. They used indoor wallboard outside, which tends to sag and/or fall off.
Although the majority of the tenants are quiet and thoughtful, there are several which clearly have little regard for others. The quiet hour policy is a joke as people play music, drive loud vehicles, and set off fireworks well after the 10pm cutoff.
Assigned parking is inexpensive, and required if you want to avoid parking well away from your apartment.
The pool and gym seem well maintained and are open 24 hours with locked access.
Laundry is available inside the apartment using full-size appliances.
The large numbers of smokers make this an uncomfortable place for non-smokers in the summer as it blows in from the outside at all hours of the day and night.
