Golf Creek

What'! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   To be honest I am not sure where some of these people live, doesn't sound like Golf Creek! The staff was always great to me and always helpful. When I had a complaint maintenance took care of it. When I was there (over a year, my friends still live there) I never heard of anyone having any problems with cars being broken into. It is a safe place; in every apartment complex you will find people who are questionable, you won't escape it but 99% of the people have been great. If you think you are going to find a better place for a better price good luck. I looked for over three months and Golf Creek defiantly gave me the best deal. Here are a few problems' Parking can be an issue although most of the time it's not that bad. All of these people must be crazy to think that you are going to live in an apartment complex and have easy access parking all the time; it's not realistic. I have been to a lot of apartments that were much worse then Golf Creek parking wise. The walls are a bit thin but I rarely had issues with my neighbors. I wish people wouldn't smoke but they do, that might be my biggest complaint. During the summer the ventilation isn't all that great and when your neighbors smoke sometimes you could smell it. Is it as bad as others make it out to be' No. The pool area is nice and the noise that comes from it is usually kids with their parents; what the heck is wrong with that' I lived next to the pool, it wasn't bad at all. Those issues aside, which aren't all that big, I loved living there and still would if I lived in Portland! I would defiantly recommend Golf Creek. I honestly don't know what some of these people are talking about. Worth taking a good look at.
