Nice, but not worth what they charge From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/3/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   I lived in a 3-bedroom townhouse. Parking is awful if you get home after 8:00 PM, and there always seemed to be construction in the parking lot, blocking off even more spots. The layout of our apartment was really stupid. The wall with the cable outlet was only a couple of feet wide so we had to let our entertainment center sprawl out into the dining area. Also the only living room light came from the sliding door to the outside deck. The decks are nice, especially on the creek. It was very quiet and private. The office people seemed to know what was going on and were very friendly. Nice workout, racquetball, pool, and hot tub facilities. Great kitchen space. Good sized rooms. Rent was a lot higher than what it was worth though.
