High Priced, but Safe and Handy Location

I have 4 major complaints about this complex.....
The bath tubs were of VERY poor quality--plastic and extremely noisy & creaky when one moves around in them. They are loud enough to hear the neighbors' own creaky tubs.
The electrical outlets are poor--a plug will often fall out of them.
Parking is a DEFINITE problem. This is something that truly needs to be addressed by the complex as soon as possible. Unless you PAY for your covered spot or garage, forget it. The only spaces that ever seem to be available past 8pm are spots you have to pay for--and there is nothing more frustrating than getting the feeling that you're being pressured into buying one.
Lastly, the windows are horribly insulated. As I sit at the table in front of the window, I can actually feel the wind come through the window, into the apartment. This causes energy cost to be astronomical in the winter time. That is not appreciated when one is already paying high rent.
If these problems were corrected, however, this would be the best apartment complex around! The location is fantastic--It's safe, centrally located between Downtown Portland and Beaverton/Tigard, yet safe because it sits on one of the hills of the Portland Metro Area, so you feel like you're living in the country! Highway access is just about a mile away. There doesn't seem to be a crime problem at all--Golf Creek is around a beautiful housing area, and the staff is very friendly. The grounds are lush, beautiful, and wonderfully taken care of.
Best of all, this is a pet-friendly complex, so one can feel free to bring the cat or the doggie!
This complex truly needs to address some problems if it really cares about its tenants, and it is rather expensive, but the location is VERY hard to beat!
