Lived at Golf Creek for a painful year. If you want to sleep - don't move here. If you are looking for a fraternity/sorority type of environment then this would be your place. Staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. If you are looking for an apartment - keep looking, there are lots of wonderful apartments in Portland. This place is not worth the money.

Hmm. So far I've read four reviews that say the staff is "rude", "extremely rude" and "inconsiderate". Not nice to hear about a prospective home. As for the person who wrote that this rudeness of the staff "varies", it is nonetheless inexcuseable at any time for somone who is an employee of the company residents are paying rent to to make them feel uncomfortable going into the office, not knowing whether or not "the staff is having a good day". It is irrelevant what kind of mood the staff is in at any given time, and employees of any job are to leave the attitudes at home, especially toward cutomers of any kind. They are at their jobs working, and therefore, for their rudeness toward clients/prospective clients to put those clints in an uncomfortable situation is not to be tolerated in any case. I will call the office myself and make my own judement, but to have to say that many complaints about this particular issue is quite telling.....
