I moved into Golf Creek recently and we had problems with the office staff from the time we turned in our applications. I haven't seen any real changes since they changed management companies. The staff is slow and they don't seem to comprehend things which means it can take days for something simple to get done. Other than that the maintenance staff responds very quickly. The parking is an absolute nightmare, there are no numbered parking spots so you are not guaranteed a parking spot unless you pay monthly for covered parking or a garage. The mold in the apartments is annoying but nothing that can't be handled. Other than that the location is great, not too far out, but far out enough.

Still, wouldn't recommend the community.
