Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
Pros: Spacious floor plans, nobody below us, great ammenities, good location, allows pets.
Cons: NO PARKING after 8pm!! EXPENSIVE!! Noisy freeway, thin windows that let a lot of cold air in, funky electric wiring-no light in bedroom and switch isn't hooked up to the outlet I use for my lamp, so I have to walk all the way across the room in the dark, old stove and washer and dryer, poor circulation in bathroom despite use of fan. Cupboards are cheap and very, very unfinished inside!
