50/50 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   The staff is very nice. If I ever need anything fixed, they come fix it immediately. The exterior of units are always kept nice and clean. Parking is a HUGE issue. They need to enforce better parking rules to ensure more parking spots. If you arrive past 10pm, there are NO SPOTS. If you park temporarily in front of something, you will get towed and have to pay $300 WITHOUT THEM GIVING YOU NOTICE FIRST (per their rental agrement). The area is also very noisy, and the paper thin windows let in a majority of outside noises. So asside from parking and noise, it's a nice apartment complex. I would not suggest the place to a friend, however.
