Hidden Costs...Not Worth the $$$$

Resident of almost 2 years
Cons: Lack of parking for guests -- 1980's wash/dryer, stove & dishwasher -- Lack of sidewalks, community green space or parks for kids...where green space exists, it primary functions as dog waste refuse -- Two 50 gallon recycle containers for 1000 residents -- Noise from Hwy 26 --
Pros: Quick commute on Barnes/Burnside to Downtown
Hidden Costs: Resident pays water/sewer/garbage ($50/month) Must purchase reserved parking ($65-$100 /month). Rent increase of 15% EACH YEAR.

I COMPLETELY agree. This apartment's management company also does the dirty, underhanded thing of attempting to charge residents once they move out for regular maintenance/cleaning costs (stuff they would normally do anyway), by taking it out of their security deposits. Once they have your security deposit, they don't like giving it all back when the time comes.
