My partner and I were misguided from the start. We were showed a model with new appliances and told that our apartment would look the same. After a struggle, they replaced our ancient dishwasher, broken cupboards, and leaking refrigerator...to name a few.
We are so miserable here that we are most likely going to make other arrangements.
The management is defensive, rude, and incompentent at best.
The only strong point is a friendly maintenance team.

I can't wait to get out of this place either!! the management is completely incompetent unprofessional. I have a few examples of our own personal experiences that I plan to post the DAY we move. Only for the fact that they will know EXACTLY who I am if they ever read this and I really don't trust how vindictive they may be!!
