The manger at this apartment is just right out evil.
He hates kids and would like this complex to be children free.
No one like the way that he does his job.
He is a lier, backstabing, and you can not trust anything that comes out of his mouth.
The ladies in the office are very nice and if it wasnt for them this complex would go to the dogs.
They are the ones that get residents and do all the tours, if the manger did he would have no residents.
Just watch out for this guy, he is the ----- in sheep clothing...

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a place that is beautiful and managed well. The Renter who invites friends and their kids over to swim in the pool and talks on their cell phone the whole time while the kids do what ever they want without supervision is the kind of behavior gets a response from the manager. I would say that the manager is doing his job well. I am a good renter who is treated with respect accordingly.

What are you talking about, are you smoking something. First of all I personally have no kids(in a couple of years, would like to marry first) and don't swim, to much piss in the pool from all of the drunks. Plus that is his job to talk to residents that do those things, that is how people get hurt or does he know that. Is he scared to talk with residents about their children. The landscape is very beautiful but that is because of the groundsmen not the manger they do their job. You can recommend this place to all the friend you like and then look and see how many you still have in a couple of months. NOT MANY. You get what kind of respect? How much of kiss &*%? are you doing? Do you have children and know what it takes to raise them. My lady friend here has three and it takes alot of work something you most likely can't handle or imagine, no wonder why you like him so much. It sounds like you dont like children either. And just for you I heard this from alot of residents and STAFF which not all of them have children, they watch and see. If you are so happy living here then stay but I hear from other residents that just cant wait for their lease to be up so that they can leave. This manger must really have you snowed, but you enjoy yourself as long as you can or until you get bit in the &*#?%...My lease is up in a couple of months and sure enough I will be out of here...You stay and enjoy yourself....
