Even after a year of living here, management won't help with the noise problems. Do not move into apartment building 8451 - there is too much noise and too much partying.Security and the police do not have much luck getting these people to be quiet. Golf Creek only seems to care about finding new tenants, not taking care of their old ones. They just want to get new people in and don't care about noise problems even after a month of complaining, asking to negotiate, and calling security.
Since we live by hwy 26 the police said they can't really do much. If you live inside the apartments you can certainly hear people stomping away, drinking, sing alongs-, doors slamming, - I am all for having a good time - but every night between 9pm and 2:00 am'''
In addition, the previous reviews and comments about the manager are correct, I think the guy who in charge here only cares about business and signing the deal - he doesn't help tenants who have noise problems of any kind - he is a pretty self involved, ego driven guy. There are 2 nice ladies who work at Golf Creek but the fact remains we are so happy to be leaving this place.
