Golf Creek

Beware of the low move in costs and rent specials. My family lived there for 4 years with not one complaint. The windows are so cheep they mold then freeze in the winter. Watch for BLACK MOLD. There is no maintenance during the ice and snow (don't plan on going anywhere). The lower units next to the creek are falling away form the foundation. We were moved because our unit had settled one inch in 12 months. The second unit was in poor condition but we had no choice and had to move. We requested the unit at least be brought up to the standards of the unit we had live in for the last three years after many phone calls to management with no action we were forced to move. Then were charged at move out for the poor condition of that unit - $3000. This includes $500 for paint and $2000 for carpet that was just less than two years old with NO stains and we used rugs on the high traffic areas. The carpet quality is so poor, plan on this paying for it to be replaced upon move out. Look for moisture damage everywhere including the underside of the counter tops. Current Residents- good luck!

Very depressing, but after seeing them at work lately, I am not surprised. :(
