They began as nice as can be and then a year in refused to help us in an emergency situation (lending us a ladder so my husband wouldn't fall on the rocks below.) Since then they have done a complete about-face and ignore my emails or calls about problems which have included an illegal tenant (a business not a resident), same tenant leaving trash on porch for (so far) the three months since they moved in, concerns about the creek repair project that is currently underway, and a pump which they apparently intend to leave on ALL WEEKEND LONG despite the fact that it is rattling beneath my bedroom window.
