Assigned parking is a lie for half the residents

There is no "assigned parking" at Grace. There is "reserved for tenants", but spaces are not nearly enough for all the tenants. Management has not been towing away interlopers, so lot is often too full for a tenant to park. Also, three tenant spots have recently been added to "reserved for monthly parking" sites, i.e. not available to tenants. So, in the back barking lot, there are 23 spaces; 13 are reserved for pay parking. Tenants who cannot find a place to park have to buy monthly city passes.
