This place is evil. Everything the management will tell you is a lie. There is only parking on the street, which you pay for, they will not reimburse you so do not try. The electrical in the units is borderline unsafe, I expect my apartment to have burned down by the time I return home. Regularly the light bulbs will get so hot that they burn themselves out of their casings. I frequently blow the circuit in the kitchen from running the microwave and toaster at the same time. My outside light hasn't worked since I moved in, when I used to have to jiggle it, but that no longer seems to help. The inside has been painted so many times that most of the windows have been "glued" shut. The walls are not insulated whatsoever, so expect to drop $80 a month in the winter to heat the apartment, this also means you can hear every conversation your neighbors are having. They charge $550 in rent alone, but they don't pay for anything else, so expect to pay at least $700 on your studio apartment if you choose to live here.
