this place is uncomfortably warm if the outside temp is even in the 50s. if it's in the 70s outside, it's like an OVEN inside, even on the ground floor. they sell half their parking spaces to rich OHSU employees, so you have to park far away a lot of the time, and the maintenance is questionable. every time i had a complaint, the manager kind of shrugged and had a "there's nothing i can do" attitude. when i blew a fuse and she was off the property, i not only had to replace the fuse, i had to drive to fred meyer and buy the fuse. all the outlets are 2 prong, so anything electrical you own that was made after 1970 will require a converter, which again YOU will be expected to pay for. they nickel and dime you for everything. for a small, old, hot apartment, they raised my rent from 525 to 565, AND i had to pay every utility. unless you're hard up, keep looking.
