I visited Grace Apartments in the last few months and was sorely disappointed when I was shown an apartment. It wasn't even close in quality or layout to the photos of apartments that were shown online, yet it was the same price. What I was shown looked like something a college student had thrown together, and was way overpriced. They claimed that the apartments online were either not vacant or had not yet been cleaned, which seems like pure bs to me. If you want to move here, be wary of their ads and demand to see the actual apartment you are interested in renting.
