Cheap rent for a downtown location

If you want an inexpensive place to live in the heart of the city, then try the Grandview.
Despite all the carpeting, it is noisy.
You can hear people walking down the halls, up and down the stairs and opening and closing all the doors.
Many apartments face each other in a narrow courtyard so there is little privacy.
When windows are open expect to hear sneezing, coughing, talking, vomiting, throat clearing, etc at all hours.
Some apartments just have showers, no bathtubs.
Live here while you look for someplace better.
