Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
This use to be a nice place to live but in the last year it has become a dump. The quality of new tenant is very poor- noisy, crude, inconsiderate, drunk. The place is filthy now, repairs take months, and management doesn't care. I just found a cheaper and nicer place to live so I am moving out. Even someone with mediocre standard would find this place appalling.
